Hastelloy C-276 Nickel Strip(ASTM B575)
Introduction
Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a Nickel-Molybdenum-Chromium corrosion-resistant alloy. The alloy is resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Alloy C276 is hardened only by cold-working, can operate from cryogenic temperatures up to 750°F (400°C).
Hastelloy C-276 "strip" refers to a flat, rolled alloy that is much thinner than wide and very long. Lork Group typically supplies it in coils.

Thickness: 0.05mm - 3.0mm (or even thicker, depending on the manufacturer's capabilities)
Width: 3mm - 1000mm
- Supply Conditions:
- Solution Annealed: This is the most common condition for Hastelloy C-276 strip. The alloy is heated to a high temperature and then rapidly cooled,
- leaving it in a soft state with: Excellent toughness and ductility / Easy to be cold-formed, such as stamping, bending, and deep drawing / Optimal corrosion resistance
3. Hard State: Higher strength and hardness are achieved through cold rolling, but plasticity and corrosion resistance decrease.
Commonly used American standards include ASTM B575 (a specific standard for nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy strips), Chinese standards include GB/T 15008 "Corrosion-resistant Alloy Rods" and NS3304, German standard includes DIN 2.4819, and Japanese standard includes JIS NW 10276.
Hastelloy C-276 Strip Order
The customer purchased 50kg of Hastelloy C276 alloy strip for testing, with three custom sizes. The order was urgent and needed to be delivered within the customer's specified delivery period. Lork Group rolled the customer's specified dimensions using its inventory of coils, with Roco Group covering any remaining material. We successfully completed the product, exceeding the customer's expectations, and the quality inspection was passed. The sample material has been added to our sample library.
