Hastelloy C-22 Strip
Products Description
Hastelloy C-22 alloy strip (UNS N06022) is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Due to its higher chromium content than C-276, it offers enhanced protection in wet chlorine, nitric acid, and mixed acid media, while also performing well under reducing acidic conditions. Custom widths, thicknesses, and tempers (from annealed to fully hardened) are available.
This product is widely used in applications with extremely high reliability requirements, such as chemical engineering, marine engineering, nuclear fuel reprocessing, and flue gas desulfurization systems. It exhibits good weldability and formability and meets NACE MR0175 acidic gas environment standards.
Reference information
Reference dimensions:
Strip thickness typically ranges from extremely thin (0.01–0.02 mm) to 16 mm and can be customized to your needs. Please consult our technical staff for specific specifications.
Non-standard sizes and special tolerances can be customized according to specifications confirmed by the supplier.
Price Reference:
Based on the current international market situation, our reference price is $40 to $100 per kilogram (the actual price depends on thickness and purchase quantity).
The main factors affecting the price are: purchase quantity, dimensional precision (ultra-thin/ultra-narrow strips are more difficult to process and may be more expensive), and brand/origin.
To obtain an accurate quote, we recommend that you contact us and provide the required thickness, width, purchase quantity, and delivery terms (such as hardness and surface treatment) so that we can provide you with an accurate price.
Note: Prices and specifications are subject to change; the final price is subject to order confirmation. Data are typical values and are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for verifying applicability. Due to cost and exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust prices; please confirm before placing an order.

Processing technology
Precision Slitting and Custom Sizes
Precision slitting: High-precision slitting of strips according to customer-specified widths, with common width ranges from 5 mm to 750 mm.
Fixed-length cutting/shearing: Cutting strips to customer-customized lengths as required.
Surface Treatment and Finishing
Grinding/Polishing: Providing surface grinding and polishing services to meet specific surface finish requirements.
Deburring: Removing edge burrs generated after cutting or slitting to ensure safety in subsequent processing.
Heat Treatment Services
We also offer the following heat treatment services upon request:
Solution annealing: Restores the material's optimal corrosion resistance and plasticity, typically performed within the temperature range of 1040-1175℃.
Stress relief: Eliminates internal stresses generated during cold working or forming.

Everything can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Note: Processing parameters must be verified by the customer based on their specific working conditions. Results vary depending on materials and equipment. Final inspection is the responsibility of the buyer. Processing services do not change or extend the warranty period of the materials themselves.
