Customer After-Sales Reviews
Argentine Nickel Alloy Client
Our Mr. Kent materials expert first contacted this client in early March 2025. Before the initial deal was finalized, we communicated technical points and reviewed drawings via email, WhatsApp, and video conferences. The initial deal was completed within four months.
Our Lork Group is highly experienced in supplying this type of nickel alloy mold, and we supervised materials throughout the process to ensure quality and safety. Because the material is a high-end custom product with high costs, and the client had stringent delivery and quality requirements, we handled the situation with extra care. We appropriately covered some of the material wastage costs to alleviate the client's cost burden.

Head of Cobalt Alloy Purchasing (Factory)
Mr. Harry Liang, one of our business managers, first contacted this client in early October 2024. He learned that the client's company was a large UK-based materials procurement and sales group, operating as a factory. The purchasing, finance, warehousing, engineering, and production departments worked collaboratively.
Our Lork Group also coordinated staff from multiple departments throughout the process, communicating with the client's company regarding the procurement process, which spanned seven months.
Stainless Steel Machining Plant
Our contact person, Mr. Lucas, is also one of our business managers. The development of the Lork Group's industrial line for these stainless steel processed parts is a crucial part of our deep cultivation of metal material supply chain management over the past two years. This development stems from the rapid growth in overall customer demand for stainless steel raw materials and processing services over the past three years.
For example, Mr. Fance, the German customer who provided us with after-sales feedback on this order, is the head of the Machining Plant. He requires us to provide advanced bending services. He wants to sell the processed parts directly upon receipt to reduce costs. Of course, our products also underwent hardness and bending tests, and the results showed they were completely correct.

Titanium Alloy Stockist Procurement
This is a Swiss client we started working with in early 2026. He prefers to communicate via email, and the delivery time for the titanium alloy he needs is very tight. The specifications of the titanium alloy strips also vary, and for smaller quantities, we consider the capabilities of multiple factories.
For urgent spot orders like this, we try to coordinate with multiple departments, and the current average delivery cycle is maintained at 3-7 working days.Small batches are faster via air freight.
Research Institute Scientists Experiment
One of our core client groups consists of research and testing institutions of sciences, research institutes, and university laboratories worldwide, conducting studies on various metallic materials. Besides the French research institute we're collaborating with this time, our past clients include those from Canada, Austria, Brazil, Sweden, the UAE, and other countries and regions, testing a wide range of metallic materials (nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel). High-precision applications such as aerospace, surgical medicine, orthopedic implants, oil and gas, and robotics/AI all have stringent requirements for material quality.
For example, this time we tested the biocompatibility of Ti-6Al-7Nb material, conducted a metallographic examination, and ensured it passed XRD testing.

To safeguard our clients' information privacy, Lork Group has masked or altered key details-such as client names and countries of origin-while presenting all other information accurately. We appreciate your understanding.
