Cobalt Alloy pipe & tube Manufacturing Process

Melting:

The raw materials used to produce a cobalt alloy bar, such as cobalt, chromium, and other alloying elements, are melted in a furnace. The furnace is typically an induction furnace or an electric arc furnace, which can reach temperatures of up to 1700°C.

Forging:

Casting:
