Since its establishment in 2010, Lork Group has always adhered to the corporate values ​​of "Professional Belief, Humanistic Lork, and Ecological Symbiosis." We value the physical and mental well-being of our employees, respect diverse talents, foster a free and equal cultural environment, provide space for self-disciplined, autonomous development, encourage cooperation and participation, and stimulate employees' creativity and potential.

Specific activities are divided into seven categories: holiday celebrations, birthday celebrations, new colleague joining celebrations, order completion celebrations, winter and summer vacation celebrations, and outing celebrations. These activities are managed by colleagues from Human Resources and Administration, Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing, aiming to allow every Lork Group employee to de-stress, relax, enjoy food and drinks, and experience the company's philosophy in a joyful atmosphere.

Specific activities are as follows:

-- In addition to statutory holiday benefits such as Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, there is also a "Menstrual Rest Day" for female employees;

-- We hold afternoon tea once a week, providing snacks, milk tea, mahjong, Texas Hold'em, karaoke, and other games and venues to create a relaxed and lively atmosphere;

-- We celebrate every employee's birthday with cakes and dinners;

-- We organize group spring and autumn outings, including hiking and sightseeing trips;

-- Most importantly, we have over 20 days of summer vacation (based on the summer vacation schedules of our overseas clients) and 18 days of winter and Spring Festival vacations. The number of days and the arrangement of these vacations are very humane in the entire Chinese foreign trade industry. Our leadership wants every Lork employee, families with children, newlyweds, couples, and others who need long holidays to be able to work well and live well;

-- To this end, we have considered everyone's travel needs and have also set up a travel fund, which includes travel route planning, hotel recommendations, food guides, etc., to support everyone's relaxation and vacation.
