Inconel X750 Nickel Alloy
Inconel X750 Nickel Alloy
Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750 / W.Nr. 2.4669) is a nickel-chromium-iron-based precipitation-hardened superalloy strengthened by the γ' phase [Ni₃(Al, Ti, Nb)]. It achieves precipitation hardening through the addition of elements such as aluminum, titanium, and niobium; while maintaining good corrosion and oxidation resistance, it imparts excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and relaxation resistance to the material, making it a critical material in sectors such as aerospace, energy, and petrochemicals.

Key Features and Advantages
Wide Operating Temperature Range
High-temperature performance: Exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980°C and maintains high strength below 800°C. It retains good creep-rupture strength at around 700°C.
Low-temperature performance: Maintains excellent mechanical properties in cryogenic environments with no ductile-to-brittle transition.
Excellent Relaxation Resistance
Features outstanding resistance to stress relaxation at temperatures up to 540°C, making it widely used for springs and bolts operating at high temperatures.
Precipitation Hardening Characteristics
Strengthened via aging to form the γ' phase [Ni₃(Al, Ti, Nb)]; distinct property combinations can be achieved through various heat treatment regimens to meet diverse application requirements.
Good Formability and Weldability
Offers good formability and is compatible with various welding processes. Machinability is superior in the annealed and solution-treated conditions.
Corrosion Resistance
Resists a wide range of industrial corrosive agents under both oxidizing and reducing conditions; exhibits excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in the fully age-hardened state. Performance falls between 310 stainless steel and Inconel 600.
