Hasyelloy X Nickel Alloy
Welcome to Lork Group, your Hasyelloy Alloy manufacturer and exporter.
Hastelloy X alloy is commonly used in components of the combustion zone in gas turbine engines.
Due to its resistance to oxidizing, reducing, and neutral atmospheres, Hastelloy X nickel alloy is also recommended for industrial furnace applications.
Furnace rollers made from this alloy have maintained good performance after 8,700 hours of operation at temperatures of 2150°F (1177°C). It is also recommended for use in the chemical process industry, such as retorts, muffle furnaces, furnace baffles, pyrolysis process piping, and dryer components.
If you would like to consider Hastelloy X for your application, please contact the Lork Group Technical Department.

Procurement Specifications and Industry Standards
When placing a purchase order, the description of Hasyloriy X Nickel Alloy bars must be precise to avoid ambiguity.
1. Grade and Standard (Let's start with this):
First Choice: AMS 5665. This is the most common forged/rolled bar standard in the aerospace industry, with the most stringent requirements and the highest acceptance.
General Choice: ASTM B572. Commonly used in industrial applications, equally reliable.
It must be written into the contract: "The material must meet the latest version of the AMS 5665 standard requirements."
2. Condition and Dimensions:
Heat Treatment Condition: Must be "Solution Annealed".
Dimensions: Specify "Diameter x Length". For example: Φ50mm x 3000mm.
3. Dimensional Tolerances:
Must be specified. Commonly used are "h11 grade" or tolerances according to ASTM B572 standard. For finished-machined materials, "black bar (hot rolled/forged)" or "machined bar" can be requested.
Round bar/square bar: The default is round bar, and special shapes need to be specified.
