Haynes HR160 alloy (W.Nr.2.4880) is a solid solution-strengthened nickel-cobalt alloy resistant to high-temperature corrosive environments. The 2.75% silicon (Si) content makes it excellent in resisting high-temperature sulfidation, oxidation, and chloride corrosion.
W.Nr.2.4880 Haynes HR 160 Nickel Alloy plate has good cold formability (such as bending and stamping) and weldability. Our Haynes HR 160 Nickel Alloy is usually supplied in the solution annealed state and can be welded using common methods such as TIG and MIG.
