Introduction to Inconel 718 Sheet Nickel Alloy from Lork Group

Inconel 718 Sheet (UNS N07718 / W.Nr. 2.4668) is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel chromium material used at -423° to 1300°F. The age-hardenable alloy can be readily fabricated, even into complex parts. Its welding characteristics, especially its resistance to postweld cracking, are outstanding.Widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding and other fields.

Inconel 718 sheets are known for their excellent impact and tensile strength. Along with this strength, alloy 718 stands out from other materials in maintaining high weldability. In many alloys, there is a significant tradeoff between strength and welding performance. Inconel 718 plate provide high levels of both properties, along with resistance to post-weld cracking.

We keep a selection of common sizes of Inconel 718 sheet in stock. If you have high requirements for the delivery time of the plates, you can confirm with us.
