Products Description

The Inconel 600 nickel alloy tubing we commonly supply ranges in outer diameter from 6 mm to 325 mm and in wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 20 mm. The standard delivery condition is solution-annealed, with surface finishes available in either bright or pickled options. Reference pricing is generally around 45.00–65.00 USD/kg (prices are subject to market fluctuations, specifications, processing methods, and order volume; please contact us for real-time confirmation).

Alloy 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid-solution strengthened alloy that exhibits high-temperature strength and high ductility at temperatures up to 700°C. Its high nickel content provides excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, while the addition of chromium ensures corrosion resistance in oxidizing media.

Delivery condition of Inconel 600 tubing

The delivery condition of Inconel 600 tubing directly affects product performance and suitability for specific applications; different conditions correspond to distinct heat treatment processes and surface qualities, resulting in price variations:
Solution-annealed condition: The standard delivery state. The tubing undergoes solution treatment at 1010°C–1050°C followed by rapid cooling to achieve a uniform austenitic microstructure. It offers a combination of excellent corrosion resistance and good ductility, making it suitable for the vast majority of industrial applications.
Bright-annealed condition: Annealing is performed in a protective atmosphere, resulting in a scale-free surface that retains the natural metallic luster. This condition offers high surface finish and dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for applications with strict surface quality requirements, such as heat exchanger tubing and instrumentation tubing.
Pickled condition: Tubing that has undergone solution annealing followed by pickling to remove surface scale. It features a uniform, matte silver-gray surface and offers excellent cost-effectiveness, making it the most common delivery form for sectors such as petrochemicals and heat treatment equipment.
Cold-drawn condition: Tubing delivered directly after cold-working deformation without subsequent annealing. It possesses high strength but lower ductility. This condition is suitable only for applications with specific design requirements regarding yield strength.
