15-5PH Stainless Steel Plate Sent to Russia

On November 24th, we shipped a batch of 15-5PH Stainless Steel Plate to our Russia customers. This is a long-term order. Customer needs time for approval. Finally, we received the order and completed the production of all materials 1 months ahead of schedule.

 

Since the customer the order process requires many times of approval. After going on for about a year, we finally completed the entire order process.

 

At the beginning, the customer hoped that we could shorten the delivery time. Although there is a chance to shorten it, we cannot guarantee it 100%. Therefore, we promise to do our best to speed up the actual production.

 

 

Later, we received the order. However, we found some additional requirements in the order. Therefore, in order to ensure that the final goods meet the requirements, we confirm with the customer. Eventually, we reached a consensus on the requirements.

 

Through the efforts of the production department, we successfully shortened the final delivery time by 1 month. We believe this protects our customers' reputation very well. At the same time, it is also a reflection of our credibility.

 

FOB is our default option. However, this may be the customer's first import order and they don't seem to be very clear about the process. Therefore, our sales explained the definition of FOB to customer in detail and listed the entire process of FOB. We also recommend our long-term cooperative freight forwarders to customer to complete it. In the end, the export went smoothly.

 

Since the customer did not have high timeliness requirements for this order, and we delivered the goods a lot in advance, this batch of materials was transported by sea. If you have enough time, shipping by sea is a cost-effective option.
