AISI 310S Sheet

The material AISI 310S sheet is an austenitic stainless steel, also known as 1.4845, X15CrNiSi25-21. The material belongs to the group of heat-resistant chromium-nickel steels and is characterised by its resistance to high temperatures.
AISI 310S is resistant to scaling (in air) and can be used up to a temperature of 1050 °C (AISI 314 / 1.4841 is recommended for higher temperatures). Stainless steel AISI 310S is not magnetic/magnetisable. It has a tensile strength of 500 - 750 N/mm², a hardness ≤ 192 HB and a density of 7.9 kg/dm³ (at 20 °C).
