Congratulations to lork Group on completing the delivery of their cobalt alloy Bar order!
Order Status:
Lork Group successfully delivered ASTM F1537 cobalt alloy rods to Chile. These rods will be used in the medical orthopedic implant industry. The production process for this order was strictly in accordance with ASTM F1537 standards. The order took one month to produce, and the rods were completed and delivered in August 2025 after passing inspection.

The first order of ASTM F1537 Cocrmo alloy supplied by Lork Group was delivered in mid-March 2025. This type of cobalt alloy bar is delivered by turning with a delivery time of 25 days.
Lork Group ASTM F1537 Alloy Second Order - 2025.8
In early August 2025, the second order of ASTM F1537 Cocrmo alloy bars and small finished parts supplied by Lork Group was completed. This type of cobalt alloy bar is delivered by milling and has a delivery time of 30 working days.
Feedback on the use of Cocrmo alloy of Lork Group
This cobalt alloy is manufactured using a powder metallurgy process to produce rods. The final product possesses an extremely fine microstructure while also exhibiting toughness, ductility, hardness, fatigue resistance, and wear resistance. This ensures biocompatibility while also meeting manufacturing requirements. This allows our customers to adapt to diverse application scenarios. More importantly, according to feedback from Rocco Group users, Co-28Cr-6Mo Alloy, which meets the ASTM F1537 medical standard, offers a longer service life than standard implant materials.
Warning: The high cobalt content may affect its machinability, and its cold deformation capability is poor. It is non-magnetic.
