Nimonic 75 Nickel Alloy Bar (UNS N06075)
Products Description

Nimonic 75 bar stock (UNS N06075) is a nickel-chromium-based superalloy containing approximately 80% nickel and 20% chromium, with added titanium and carbon. These alloying elements endow it with excellent oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and high-temperature mechanical properties.
Unlike precipitation-strengthened nickel-based superalloys such as Nimonic 80A, the strength of Nimonic 75 primarily derives from solid solution strengthening and carbide effects. It combines moderate high-temperature strength, good oxidation and scaling resistance, and relatively good machinability.
Nimonic 75 is particularly suitable for components exposed to high temperatures and oxidizing environments for extended periods. Its chromium-rich composition helps form a protective oxide layer on the surface, thereby reducing further oxidation and material degradation during high-temperature use.
Standard and delivery status
Applicable Standards: BS HR 5, BS HR 504, DIN 17752, ISO 9723, ISO 9724, ISO 9725. The above standards do not guarantee that all Nimonic 75 bars will simultaneously meet these requirements. Formal quotations should be confirmed based on the procurement standards, product form, and specific version.
Common Delivery Conditions: Nimonic 75 bars are available in hot-rolled, forged, annealed, solution-treated, and cold-drawn conditions, subject to size and production availability. Customized delivery conditions can be discussed according to the applicable material specification and end-use requirements.
