Inconel 706 (UNS N09706) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium superalloy that combines exceptional mechanical strength with superior fabricability. Developed as a more workable alternative to Inconel 718, this alloy is widely used in aerospace gas turbines, land-based power generation systems, and high-stress structural components.

Certified under AMS 5701 for bars, forgings, and flash-welded rings, Inconel 706 delivers:

Temperature range: 1800–2100°F (980–1150°C)
