Nickel 201 (UNS N02201) – High-Purity Nickel for Corrosive & High-Temperature Environments

Nickel 201 (UNS N02201) is a commercially pure nickel alloy with ultra-low carbon content, making it ideal for high-temperature applications where carbide precipitation could compromise performance. Similar to Nickel 200 but with enhanced thermal stability, Nickel 201 offers superior fabricability, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable mechanical strength in aggressive environments.

Low Carbon Content (<0.02%)

– Prevents embrittlement at elevated temperatures (above 600°F/315°C).

Exceptional Corrosion Resistance

– Resists neutral/alkaline salts, fluorine, chlorine, and caustic solutions.

Thermal Stability

– Maintains integrity in continuous high-temperature service.

Fabrication Flexibility

– Suitable for hot and cold forming, welding, and machining.
